- Agentic commerce is shopping mediated by AI assistants — tools that read product data, compare options, and help people decide or buy. When those systems can't understand your catalog, your products get skipped. Serviloq measures and improves how ready your catalog is for them.
- Is Serviloq a store or marketplace?
- No. Serviloq is merchant software and intelligence. We are not a retailer, dropshipper, fulfillment company, payment intermediary, or merchant of record. You keep your store, your customers, and your checkout.
- Is Serviloq Scan a certification?
- No. Scan gives you a readiness score and a prioritized report of what to improve. It is a diagnostic, not a certification or a guarantee of ranking on any AI platform.
- Can I scan my store right now?
- Not yet. Public self-service scanning isn't generally available — Serviloq Scan is in limited early access. You can request early access and we'll be in touch, though a request doesn't guarantee acceptance or a completion date.
- Which stores is Serviloq starting with?
- Our initial focus is English-language Shopify stores in the United States, in structured, comparable, low-regulatory-risk categories. The architecture is being built to expand to more platforms and regions over time.
- How much will it cost?
- Pricing for paid plans is being finalized and will be announced at launch — we don't publish figures we haven't committed to. Request early access to be notified as availability and pricing open up.
